Many patients come to us after being told they need multiple extractions, dentures, or extensive dental work. Others are living with loose teeth, gum disease, bone loss, or failing dental restorations and aren’t sure where to turn.
At Des Moines Dental Center, we believe every tooth deserves a thorough evaluation. Our goal is to determine whether your teeth can be predictably saved—or whether dental implants would provide the healthiest long-term outcome. You’ll receive honest recommendations and a personalized treatment plan designed around your needs, goals, and long-term oral health.
Many patients wait years before seeking treatment for gum disease or tooth loss. The sooner these problems are addressed, the more treatment options you may have.
Sometimes the healthiest decision isn’t saving teeth—it’s replacing them.
When severe gum disease, bone loss, repeated dental failures, or terminal dentition make long-term success unlikely, full-arch dental implants can provide a fresh start.
With a secure, natural-looking smile supported by dental implants, many patients regain the ability to eat comfortably, smile confidently, and enjoy life without the limitations of failing teeth or removable dentures.
